Compensation
  • $21 per hour
Schedule Options
  • Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST
  • Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Schedules are assigned based on time zone and availability, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Technology and Location Requirements

Work from home requires a secure, noise-free environment and a reliable private internet connection (Cable or Fiber, speeds at least 5Mbps, preferably 10+ Mbps). Hotspots and satellite services are not permitted. Capital One may request proof of internet service. This role is exclusively for residents in the US, excluding California, Hawaii, and US territories, and cannot be performed internationally or outside the continental US.

Qualifications

Basic:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience

Preferred:

  • At least 1 year in financial services or banking

Salary Range

Remote (US): $43,680 annually. Other locations will have pay based on regional ranges.
