We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to support customers during meaningful moments in their work and life, such as enrolling a newborn into health coverage or assisting with retirement benefit elections. You will be caring for our customers’ significant life moments.

We provide training; you bring the experience! All you need is:

• A Windows 10 or newer computer or laptop
• Reliable internet access
• A dedicated, quiet workspace
• Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 11 PM EST, with possible overtime
