HMG Careers is recruiting for a 100% remote, commissioned sales role focused on insurance benefit programs for union members, veterans, and families across Canada and the United States.

You will handle company-provided leads, conduct virtual consultations via Zoom, and guide clients through enrollment decisions. Training and licensing support are provided to help you succeed in a flexible, home-based environment.

First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000 - $70,000, based on individual sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions.
• Serve union members, veterans, working families, and members of established partner organizations.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up with clients and provide responsive, professional service.
• Work with your regional manager to establish clear activity and performance goals.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need previous insurance experience. We provide comprehensive training for people who are coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with clients.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Communicate clearly in writing, over the phone, and through video meetings.
• Enjoy helping people understand important financial and benefit decisions.
• Can manage your own schedule and stay focused without direct supervision.
• Have basic computer skills and are comfortable using Zoom.
• Have sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience. This is helpful but not required.

Licensing and Eligibility

You must hold or be willing to obtain the life-insurance license required in your province or state. If you are not currently licensed, we will help you understand the licensing process and identify an appropriate solution.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
