What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials
- Acquire knowledge of fraud detection techniques through training and collaboration with experienced analysts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or Work from Home contact experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
- Completion of a background check, including criminal, credit, education, and employment verification
