You will own the full planning lifecycle - from developing step-by-step work instructions and safety requirements through coordination with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams, all the way to package closure. This role is ideal for candidates with strong DOE, nuclear, or Navy backgrounds who are ready to step into a senior planning position with strong long-term potential, including extension and LANL conversion.

  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure successful work execution
  • Drive work packages through the full lifecycle - planning, execution, and closure
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Maximo or similar tools
  • Perform outdoor facility walkdowns and field inspections across TA-16 as required
  • Operate a government vehicle for site movement as needed

  • DOE, NNSA, or nuclear facility work control planning experience
  • Experience with Maximo, Asset Suite, or similar CMMS tools
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Procedure and Policy Writing (PPA) certification
  • Background in facility operations, maintenance planning, or construction support
