You will provide telephonic case management services to injured employees and coordinate their medical care. Qualifications

Overview

Join Cottingham & Butler Claims Services as a Work Comp Nurse Case Manager, where you will provide telephonic case management services to injured employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, desires to make a meaningful impact, and prefers to work outside of a clinical setting. This position is 100% telephonic and requires residency in IA, IL, or WI. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate treatment plans and coordinate medical care for injured employees.
  • Establish return-to-work plans and provide counseling to support recovery.
  • Act as a liaison between injured workers, companies, medical providers, and claims adjusters.
  • Promote quality and cost-effective outcomes, helping individuals achieve maximum improvement.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER, ICU, or Occupational Health.
  • Residency in IA, IL, or WI is required.
  • Work Comp experience is helpful, but not required.
