Job Summary
Work-based learners/interns may operate a variety of power tools, small equipment, move materials, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble and debris on the job site. Work-based learners/interns may also assist other craft workers while performing their tasks. Work-based learners/interns report to the job site superintendent.
While participating in the WBL/Internship program, workers will gain valuable, real-world experience within the construction industry. Strack, Inc. will provide guidance, supervision, and hands‑on training, while also maintaining comprehensive records of each participant’s progress, including tracking hours worked and documenting key milestones achieved throughout the program. All duties will comply with OSHA standards and Federal/State Child Labor Laws, including U.S. Department of Labor Hazardous Occupation Orders.
