Qualifications

• Knowledge of Work-Based Learning principles and pathways.
• Experience interpreting Minnesota rules for education settings is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with schools, employers and community partners.
• Familiarity with Perkins V requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an educational environment that supports multiple postsecondary pathways.
• Coordinate and monitor internships, career experiences, job shadowing, and apprenticeships.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers, community organizations, and postsecondary institutions.
• Conduct site visits and ensure program compliance and documentation.
• Serve as liaison among students, families, employers, and district leadership.
