Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate:

  1. Respond to all customer inquiries.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  3. Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively.
  4. Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  5. Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
  6. Document and update records in the required systems.
Requisitos

Who are you?

  1. A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate).
  2. Someone with an intermediate English level and excellent communication skills.
  3. A person who is polite and empathic at the same time.
  4. Someone who knows how to solve problems positively.
  5. Someone who sees the big picture but also the tiny details.
  6. A person with no experience but with a proactive and confident attitude.
