What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers, healthcare providers, and beneficiaries with inquiries related to health insurance and benefits
- Research and resolve questions about insurance eligibility, payments, and quality-care issues
- Document interaction details in the tracking system to maintain organized records
- Relay information to customers and route inquiries as needed
- Provide timely and accurate solutions through phone calls, chats, and emails
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience, including call center, retail, or hospitality
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including potential weekends

- Experience in medical claims reimbursements or medical billing
- Familiarity with health insurance terminology and policies
- Knowledge of customer service techniques and best practices
