Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This position supports customer service, technical support, and sales interactions. You will interact with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve issues, sell products, and ensure excellent customer experience. The role requires confidence, engagement, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
