Department Summary
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions - including promoting products and services to our new and existing customers so they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH TV experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking calls in both Spanish and English, communicating clearly with customers in both languages.
  • Handling back-to-back tech support or customer service calls throughout your shift.
  • Engaging with a diverse customer base to resolve needs and technical issues.

  • Salary: $15.00 + $0.50/hr Language Differential, with additional allowances for after 6 pm and weekends.
  • Residency: Must reside in specified states.

Technical Requirements

  • Company provides all initial equipment except home internet.
  • Leased PC Tower, monitors, and accessories provided; employees responsible for replacements after warranty period.

Home Internet

  • Stable internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload, no bandwidth/data caps, wired connection preferred.

All costs for meeting these requirements are employee responsibility.

Salary Range: $15.00/hour.

Benefits: Includes pre-employment screening, possibly drug test.
