Your work will directly impact customer engagement, conversion, and brand presence, while providing opportunities to innovate and stay current with web technologies. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on both functionality and aesthetics, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain the website, from UX/UI improvements to WordPress development, content structure, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to support new features, functionality, and integrations.
  • Ensure responsive design and accessibility standards across devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns, landing pages, and conversion-focused flows.
  • Apply SEO best practices in design and development to optimize site visibility and performance.
  • Monitor analytics and site performance to identify opportunities for improving user experience and conversion.
  • Integrate third-party tools and platforms (CRM, analytics, marketing automation) to enhance site functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with web design trends, WordPress advancements, and digital tools to drive continuous innovation.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer, preferably in fast-paced or growth-stage environments.
  • Proven ability to design and implement responsive, visually compelling, and user-friendly web experiences.
  • Strong expertise in WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin management, and site optimization.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, with strong design sensibilities.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for mockups and visual design.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application within WordPress.
  • Experience integrating third-party tools and marketing platforms to extend site functionality.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills to balance creative vision with technical execution.
  • Competitive salary: $70,000—$75,000 USD annually.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Paid time off: 15 days PTO (increasing to 20 after 2 years) plus 8 paid holidays.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits: medical, dental, vision, mental health support, virtual care, and gym discounts.
  • Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance.
  • Education and professional development opportunities.
  • High-quality tech setup: choice of Mac or PC, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Performance-driven culture with recognition programs and referral rewards.
  • Long-term financial planning support, including 401(k) in the U.S.
  • Opportunities to contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and fast-growing team.
