The role covers converting designs into themes, customizing templates and plugins, optimizing Core Web Vitals and SEO structure, and ongoing maintenance. You will collaborate with designers and SEO specialists to ensure top‑tier UX. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiar with Gutenberg, ACF, and major page builders (Elementor, WPBakery).
Understanding of responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
Experience with SEO‑friendly site structure and performance optimization.
English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Convert Figma or XD designs into responsive WordPress themes.
Customize WordPress templates and plugins to meet design and functionality needs.
Optimize website performance (Core Web Vitals, loading speed, SEO structure).
Manage website maintenance, updates, and bug fixes.
Collaborate with designers and SEO specialists to ensure site performance and UX standards.
Nice to have: Experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms.
