Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong understanding of WordPress core, plugin management, and theme customization.
• Experience with website testing, QA, and troubleshooting after server or software updates.

• Knowledge of ADA compliance standards for web content, particularly PDFs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and technical support to a non-technical team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA, testing, and issue resolution related to web server's OS upgrade.
• Update the WordPress core and all plugins.
• Conduct global content and branding updates.
• Develop a recommended process for efficient batch content updates.
• Meet with client’s team monthly to discuss project status.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
