About The Role
We're growing — and we need a WordPress Developer who loves building beautiful, functional, fast, and creative websites that help businesses thrive. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, SEO, content, and paid media teams to bring full digital experiences to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites for a variety of industries.

Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to bring website projects from concept to launch.

Translate designs and wireframes into responsive, user-friendly websites.

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues.

Help clients translate their business goals into functional website solutions.

Stay current on WordPress trends, updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of WordPress development experience.

Solid understanding of WordPress core, themes, plugins, and custom development.

Familiarity with Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar page builders.

Basic PHP and MySQL knowledge.

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

An eye for good design and user experience.

A great communicator who’s comfortable working with both creative and technical teams.

Someone who thrives in a small, collaborative agency culture.

Bonus Points For

SEO and website performance optimization experience.

Familiarity with hosting management and domains (cPanel, DNS).

Experience integrating APIs, CRMs, and marketing tools.

Previous agency or client-facing experience.
