Tenna is hiring a Web Developer to own the WordPress back end, ensure site health, and manage hosting, plugins, security, and performance. You will implement gated content, dynamic experiences, and the tracking stack that connects the site to HubSpot and the broader marketing tools.

The role requires 5+ years in back-end web development with strong PHP/MySQL and WordPress API fluency, plus hands-on SEO, security, and WCAG considerations. Remote-US with responsible collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional back-end web development with substantial WordPress experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, web development, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting a B2B SaaS marketing site is a plus.
• Strong PHP, MySQL, and fluency with WordPress APIs (hooks/filters, REST API; read/write custom plugin code).
• JavaScript ability to debug front-end/back-end interactions; version-controlled workflows.
• Experience with Elementor, managed hosting, CDNs, caching, DNS; strong security and backups approach.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, HubSpot tracking, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the WordPress back end: CPTs, taxonomies, custom fields, templates, and plugin features.
• Maintain a disciplined plugin strategy, upgrade cadence, and staging production flow.
• Manage site reliability: uptime, monitoring, caching, CDN, backups, and DR planning.
• Preserve security: hardening, vulnerability mgmt, MFA/SSO, incident response lead.
• Ensure privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA) and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Lead technical SEO: crawlability, sitemaps, schema, Site Audit remediation, and backlinks.
• Oversee tracking: GA4, GTM, HubSpot integration; ensure data accuracy.
• Build integrations WordPress ↔ HubSpot and other marketing systems; handle data flows.
• Document architecture, credentials, runbooks; establish QA standards and tests.
• Collaborate with Front-End Designer on scoping, estimates, and risk explanations.
