A leading company is seeking a Word Processor III to join their team in Orlando, Florida. This role involves using automated systems to produce various documents and requires comprehensive knowledge of word processing software. This position involves using automated systems, such as word processing equipment, personal computers, or work stations linked to larger computer networks, to produce various documents including correspondence, memos, publications, forms, reports, tables, and graphs.
The Word Processor utilizes one or more software packages and may perform routine clerical tasks such as operating copiers, filing, answering phones, and handling mail. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of word processing software applications and office practices, along with a high skill level in applying software functions to prepare complex documents, such as lengthy technical reports with tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns. The incumbent may use different word processing packages or style macros independently and resolve related problems.
