We seek a Woodworking Technician II to join our team. As a Woodworking Technician II, you will cut, shape, and assemble wood pieces. You will set up and operate various industrial woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and CNC machines, to surface, cut, shape, and/or fabricate lumber into wood products.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble cabinetry components such as cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
  • Operate machinery such as sanding machines, shapers, and saws.
  • Ensure quality control measures are met throughout production.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes.
Qualifications
  • Five years of woodworking or cabinetmaking experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to learn and use a variety of woodworking tools and equipment.
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Must be flexible to meet customer’s demands; some overtime may occasionally be required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.

  • Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

  • Ability to lift 100-150 pounds occasionally with a two‑person lift.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Range: $21.00 - 28.00 /hr Depending on Experience and Capabilities.
