Closets by Design is seeking an enthusiastic General Laborer to join our growing team in a franchised setting. The role focuses on assisting in the shop with woodworking tasks, operating machinery, and following defined installation techniques and quality standards.

Join a franchise that is independently owned and operated, with opportunities for advancement. You will work on daily jobs, maintain equipment, and collaborate with the Production Supervisor on tasks and projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Supervisor.
