Qualifications

• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, tape measure with training.
• Work cooperatively within the team and with other teams.
• Demonstrate willingness to adapt to a changing environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands for the duration of the shift.
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Competent in basic math: counting, adding, subtracting.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple production machines with close tolerances and set-ups.
• Load sheets of wood and run equipment like panel saws, CNC machines, edge banders, and related tools.
• Read and interpret dimensions from drawings.
• Complete daily paperwork as required.
• Perform quality checks with measurement tools (tape, calipers, gauges).
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S workplace.
