Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist for on-site work in Perkasie, PA. You will manage day-to-day inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure materials flow smoothly through production and finishing stages. This hands-on role supports ERP data integrity and helps keep production on schedule.

Under Production Manager supervision, you will organize storage, coordinate with purchasing and scheduling, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety practices on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in inventory/warehouse in manufacturing.
• ERP/MRP system experience (Innergy, Epicor, NetSuite, JobBOSS, GlobalShop).
• Cycle counts or physical inventories experience.
• Excel skills for data entry, cleanup, reporting.
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
• Good communication with shopfloor, management and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records for materials in ERP.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve variances; report results.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent production stoppages.
• Organize storage areas, label locations, enforce FIFO where applicable.
• Track waste, shrinkage, obsolescence; flag deadstock.
• Maintain inventory data in Innergy or successor ERP.
• Process material issues, receipts, and adjustments in real time.
• Support month-end reconciliation and counts.
• Receive goods: verify quantities/quality; resolve PO discrepancies.
• Stage materials for production and coordinate with PM and scheduling.
• Assist purchasing with replenishment orders and price data.
• Follow and improve inventory SOPs; ensure safety compliance.
