Job summary

Boon Edam Inc. in Lillington, NC is seeking a Full-Time Manual Labor associate to set up and perform crate building and woodworking tasks using various materials.

You will follow engineering drawings, maintain inventories, and ensure production targets are met with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Preferred candidates have 3–5 years experience with woodworking equipment, read blueprints, and can work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree a plus.
• 3–5 years’ experience operating woodworking/equipment and material handling.
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform crate building and woodworking tasks per drawings and specs.
• Maintain inventories and ensure production readiness.
• Operate tools safely and maintain equipment housekeeping and maintenance.
• Record time and material data for production reporting.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
