Job summary

Lynden Door, a family-owned manufacturer in Lynden, WA, is seeking a skilled Machining team member to build high-quality interior doors for the U.S. and Canada.

You will assemble door components, operate woodworking equipment, verify specifications, and help ensure every door meets our quality standards. Ideal candidates have woodworking or cabinetry experience, can read a tape measure to 1/16 inch, and are comfortable using hand and power tools safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: woodworking, cabinet making, millwork, door/window manufacturing, general construction, production assembly.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16".
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble door components, operate woodworking equipment and tools, verify product specifications, and ensure every door meets our quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules to maintain workflow and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints or diagrams as needed and collaborate with team to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
