Powdr-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Programs & Operations Manager for Woodward Copper to plan, lead, and deliver programs, facilities, and assigned teams. You will supervise the Woodward Barn and Camp experiences, including staffing, training, safety, housing support, and medical operations, while coordinating with resort departments to optimize resources and guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in management, and a background in sport programs or camp operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff management experience is required.
• Strong guest service and safety mindset essential.
• Experience in coaching, activity planning, and program operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, execution, and continuous improvement of Woodward Copper programs and operations.
• Lead daily and seasonal operations of the Woodward Barn and Woodward Summer Camp, including staffing and safety.
• Develop coaching, activity, and progression standards aligned with Woodward methods and risk controls.
• Coordinate with multiple resort departments to manage resources and costs, ensuring guest and employee experience.
