Overview

The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects online AP Calculus AB tutors with students nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make an impact on students’ learning journeys — all from home.

Compensation - Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, with higher pay for each session with the same student, up to $40/hour. You can be paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions conducted and invoiced.

What you’ll do

• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Tutor remotely using a purpose-built Live Learning Platform (no commuting required).
• Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Use our AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time and focus on teaching.
• We handle logistics; you invoice for tutoring sessions and we take care of payments.
