Rossmönster is seeking a Woodshop Upholstery Tech to upholster wall panels and van/truck components, and support sub-assembly of installed components in a fast-paced, collaborative shop environment.

This role blends upholstery craftsmanship with general woodshop support, working closely with the rest of the woodshop team.

Required Qualifications

• Comfortable using standard shop and hand tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, marine, or RV upholstery
• Background in van/RV builds or overland vehicles
• Light carpentry or cabinetry experience

Logistics

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Longmont, Colorado. The team operates on a 4×10 schedule, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays available for optional overtime or catch-up work. From time to time, this role may also support evening or weekend efforts tied to vehicle launches or special projects.
