Job summary

Rossmönster, based in Longmont, Colorado, seeks a skilled Custom Van and Truck Camper Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and enhance conversions. You will work on custom vans and truck campers, applying mechanical expertise to bring adventurous designs to life.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, experience with diagnostics and electrical systems, and a capable, detail-oriented approach. This is a full-time on-site position with a 4x10 schedule and potential overtime for launches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational certification or completion of an apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with camper van conversions, off-road vehicles, or specialty vehicle modifications is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete required installs on client vehicle conversions.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
• Complete scheduled routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with shop and customer experience teams to stay on schedule and exceed expectations.
• Engage in a variety of tasks; no two days are the same.
