The Woodshop Operator is responsible for operating woodworking machinery and performing tasks involved in the production of wood-based menu covers.
This position operates in a manufacturing plant environment and is exposed to fluctuating temperatures in certain areas; noises; working around machinery with moving parts; working in close proximity to others; and exposure to strong odors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods of time; use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; stoop/kneel/bend/crouch to reach material; and operate machinery and/or power tools.
