Job summary

Legrand's Integrated AV Team in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Associate III to safely set up and operate a range of woodworking and manufacturing equipment. You will read drawings, follow work instructions, inspect outputs, and perform basic troubleshooting while supporting and training teammates as needed.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently within safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Basic math, measurement, and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to train and assist other associates.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, and monitor a variety of woodshop and manufacturing equipment.
• Operate multiple types of equipment, including table saws, edgers, and presses.
• Read and follow drawings, blueprints, BOMs, and production specs.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects and conformity.
• Accurately use measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
• Perform routine cleaning, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify issues and communicate corrective actions; support training of others.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and adapt to changing production needs.
