Woodbury Estates, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a RN/LPN to join our growing team! Located in Woodbury, MN, next to Woodbury Senior High School, we have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in our apartment-style communities offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join us today!

Shifts Available: Flexible Day Time Schedule, Saturday and Sunday only!

LPN Wage: $27-$32.50/HR

RN Wage: $34-$39/HR

Position Overview

In this role, you will oversee the direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents, under the guidance of the Director of Health Services, ensuring quality care that complies with company and regulatory standards and individual care plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
  2. Ensure proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  3. Support staffing plans and nursing schedules aligned with residents' needs.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school and valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills, including email use.
