Structural Component Systems, Inc. (SCS) in Fremont, NE is hiring a full-time Production Worker. This role operates on a 10-hour shift, four days a week (Monday to Thursday) with overtime on Fridays, no weekends.

Starting wage is $18.50–$20 per hour with potential raises every 6 months. Floor line positions start at lower pay but require less physical labor. Training is available; experience with hand/power tools and measuring tape is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position (lift 25-50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally).
• Reliable source of transportation.
• Previous construction and/or component manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products using hand and power tools to assemble, package and bundle.
• Follow the Production Lead's directions to meet or exceed company goals, including cross-training and assisting in other areas as needed.
• Work safely and efficiently, following all policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Structural Component Systems, Inc. of Fremont, NE a 100% employee-owned company is actively seeking full-time Production Worker to create high-quality products for our clients. This production position works 10 hour shifts in a 4-day, Monday - Thursday workweek with overtime required on Fridays as needed (no weekends required) and earns a competitive wage and opportunity for pay raise every 6 months.

1st Shift - 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM - Starting hourly wage: $18.50 - $20

Note - Floor Line Positions start out at lower pay, but require less physical labor. Willing to train - No experience necessary! English not required. Experience using hand or power tools and measuring tape helpful.

Each shift, you produce quality products through the use of hand and power tools to assemble, package, and bundle. Whether sawing, assembling, or packaging/bundling, you work safely and efficiently following all necessary policies, procedures, and guidelines. You carefully follow the Production Lead's directives in order to meet or exceed company goals, including cross-training and assisting in other areas as needed. Your professional manufacturing efforts contribute to both the department's and company's success. You are an accomplished and valued team player!

PRODUCTION WORKER QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting 25-50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 75 lbs on an occasional basis.
• Reliable source of transportation

Previous construction and/or component manufacturing experience a plus!
