Caliberr Staffing seeks a dedicated Machine Operator for our engineered wood production facility near Colfax, WI. You will load materials, follow production sheets, monitor machines, and help maintain quality standards in a hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months in a factory setting, dependable attendance, and strong attention to detail. The role offers a steady full-time schedule with base pay starting at $20.50/hour plus a $1/hour incentive for specialty machine work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems or strong technical aptitude.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a factory or production setting.
• Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong sense of personal accountability and a dedicated work ethic.
• Ability to maintain a fast pace without sacrificing the quality of your work.
