Requires at least 1 year of manufacturing/warehouse experience and the ability to work in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment. Location is Denton, TX, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience — REQUIRED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and follow product specification sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Availability for required overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble wood products in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform general labor duties on a high-production assembly line.
• Follow written instructions and product specification sheets.
• Handle materials and support daily production activities.
• Check work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety and production procedures.
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed.
