Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Assembler for the 1st shift to join a growing team. Ideal candidates have experience in assembly, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing and enjoy using hand and power tools. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and opportunities to grow within a supportive environment.

Pay range is $18–$22 per hour DOE. Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm on the 1st shift, with locations in Mequon and Jackson, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in assembly.
• Experience in wood manufacturing or construction is a plus.
• Solid math and ruler skills required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Steel-toe shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood products using hand and power tools.
• Operate limited production machinery.
• Ensure quality and adjust products to meet specifications.
