Qualifications

• Strong planning and task management skills.
• Proficiency with wood pole materials, safety standards and decay mechanisms.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 75% and operate hand tools safely.
• OSHA 10 training and pesticide applicator license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of wooden utility poles for safety and structural integrity.
• Document findings, take photos, and report results with recommendations.
• Lead and direct crew members, assign duties, and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage crew hours.
