Job summary

Nefab in Coppell, TX is seeking a Wood & Plywood Solutions Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects across design, sourcing, manufacturing and final delivery. You will drive timelines, budgets and quality to meet customer expectations and align with our Wood & Plywood Solutions strategy.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop competitive proposals, manage project risks and present outcomes to Regional Directors and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, procurement, and manufacturing within packaging, wood, plywood or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of wood/plywood manufacturing processes and packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wood & Plywood Solutions projects across design, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and quality.
• Develop competitive, cost-effective proposals and manage customer expectations.
• Prepare and present project proposals and deliverables to regional directors and customers.
