Qualifications

• BS Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Or 2+ years in process troubleshooting and leading change with speed.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and implement safety management systems.
• Lead hourly and salary teams to improve engagement and capabilities.
• Support product quality and reduce process variability.
• Provide technical assistance to production areas.
• Drive cost optimization through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface with suppliers for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Develop leadership skills and take on higher supervision responsibilities.
• Provide on-call coverage for the Pulp unit on a rotating basis.
