Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow NWH safety rules.
• Communicate with peers and leadership via radio in a production setting.
• Sort and stack lumber by dimension, species, and grade.
• Handle, clean, and move lumber using hand tools and wheelbarrows.
• Operate mobile equipment as assigned.
• Cross-train on 2-3 operator positions within 6–12 months.
