Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques.
• Adhere to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols.
• Cross-train in all stations - salad, saute, plancha and wood oven.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.
