You will apply paints and finishes using spray equipment, maintain the paint booth, and inspect completed pieces for defects. We value strong attention to detail, safe chemical handling, and reliability in meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience painting, staining, or finishing wood products.
• Ability to apply finishes accurately with spray equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with safe handling of paints and finishing chemicals.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Apply paints, stains and finishes to wood products using spray equipment.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing materials per project requirements.
• Ensure consistent quality, coverage, and correct finish on all pieces.
• Operate in a ventilated paint booth with safety and cleanliness in mind.
• Maintain tools, spray equipment, and the paint booth.
• Inspect finished pieces and perform touch-ups or rework as needed.
• Follow production schedules and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Comply with PPE use and chemical handling safety guidelines.
