Franklin Fixtures is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, detail‑oriented people to join our assembly team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help build wood shelving, displays, counters, tables, and other custom pieces used in bookstores, libraries, universities, and specialty retail spaces across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble wood displays, shelving, counters, tables, and components at a workstation
• Follow technical drawings, diagrams, measurements, and work instructions accurately
• Use hand tools and measuring tools, including tape measures
• Complete repeatable assembly tasks with consistency and attention to detail
• Check your work for quality and accuracy
• Work independently and with the team to meet production goals

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, bending, and reaching

Schedule

• Full‑time starting at $15/hr
• Monday‑Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Friday Overtime Available

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing plant environment. Work is indoors and protected from the elements, but temperatures can still be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
