Job summary

ND Paper in Rumford, Maine, is seeking a Fiber Supply Clerk to support wood procurement, records, and administrative workflows across our fiber team.

The role includes reviewing wood tickets, resolving discrepancies, contacting suppliers about deliveries and payments, and keeping electronic and historical records well organized for prompt payments and audits. You will also help manage supplies for scale houses and participate as a SAP/LIMS user to support business functions.

• Complete daily review of wood tickets, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure accurate records for payments.
• Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, responding to enquiries relating to wood deliveries, receipts and payments and helping to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide day to day support to Fiber supply team members to keep the wood supply and administrative process running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate electronic and historical records ensuring information is organized and accessible and available when needed.
• Coordinate ordering and maintaining essential supplies for the scale houses and Fiber Supply team members to support day to day operations.
• Prepare and process the weekly supplier payment batch, ensuring information is accurate and payments are completed in a timely manner.
• Become a LIMS "Super User" to provide backup and redundancy for critical skills
• Become Proficient in SAP to support business function.
