Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' related manufacturing leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a shop-floor production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage production team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Develop daily work schedules and manage product flow.
• Release work orders in the scheduling system.
• Coach and train team members; support safety investigations.
• Participate in interviewing and department meetings.
• Support SOPs and Lean initiatives to reduce waste.
• Monitor time and attendance; manage disciplinary matters as needed.
