Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Associate for the women's shoes department in McLean, VA. You will guide customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a welcoming shopping experience to drive sales in-store and online.

You will build lasting relationships, support merchandising, and participate in fulfilling orders while providing friendly service during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
