Job summary

Calvary Chapel Melbourne Campus is seeking a part-time Women’s Ministry Leader (25 hours per week) to provide vision and spiritual oversight. Home church attendance is required, and the role centers on aligning programs with Scripture and the church’s mission.

You will oversee the Women’s Ministry and Biblical Counseling staff, organize Bible studies, mentor volunteers, plan events, develop budgets, and participate in weekend services. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to resolve conflict within ministry responsibilities.
• Effective mentor and teacher with clear communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication, grammar with accuracy.
• Well organized with follow-through on assignments.

• Multitask while serving women at CCM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Women’s Ministry, Biblical Counseling staff, groups, and volunteers.
• Organize and teach Bible studies to help women grow in God’s Word.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to promote ministry unity.
• Disciple and shepherd women, encouraging gifts for service.
• Develop annual ministry budgets and goals.
• Plan and oversee ministry events, retreats, conferences, classes.
• Recruit and train volunteers and leaders for Women’s Ministries.
• Participate in weekend services, especially Sunday mornings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
