Qualifications

• Calvary Chapel Melbourne Campus must be your home church with regular attendance.
• Demonstrate Godly character in ministry leadership and life.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with Bible-centered teaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Women’s Ministry, Biblical Counseling staff, groups, and volunteers.
• Organize Bible studies to grow women in knowledge of God's Word and Christ.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team and other ministries to promote unity.
• Disciple and shepherd women with encouragement, prayer, and guidance.
• Develop annual ministry budgets and goals.
• Plan and oversee Women’s Ministry events and retreats; recruit volunteers.
• Participate in weekend ministry during Sunday services on a consistent basis.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
