Job summary

U.S. Soccer Federation is seeking a WYNT Administrator to lead domestic and international Youth National Team events, camps, and logistics. You will coordinate travel, staffing, and day-to-day operations, ensuring health, safety, and a high-quality youth experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required/desired.
• Experience managing budgets, travel logistics, and operations for a sports team or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding settings and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify travel and camp operation needs with head coach and YNT managers.
• Plan and secure travel (air, hotel, ground transport, meals, visas).
• Manage daily schedule and liaison with training site.
• Oversee onboarding processes for staff (background checks, SafeSport, payroll).
• Troubleshoot operational issues during travel and camps to ensure safety.
• Maintain relationships with vendors (hotels, training sites, airlines, transport).
• Organize team bonding activities and cultural outings.
• Assist budgeting, process invoices, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
