Job summary

The Women's Transitional Living Manager at Santo Domingo Pueblo leads program development and day-to-day operations to support adult female tribal members in recovery. Direct clinical services oversight of CPSWs and documentation, plus third-party billing, ensures a safe, culturally responsive living environment.

Coordinate with Kewa Family Wellness Center and Tribal Courts to deliver high-quality services, promote daily routines, and help residents achieve personal and program goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a mental health related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional in New Mexico (LPCC, LCSW, LMSW or LMHC) with license attached to application or resume.
• Experience with Native American clients and understanding of Native American traditions preferred.
• Experience in residential treatment settings preferred.
• Experience supervising CPSWs/CCSS preferred.
• Keres language fluency preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential functions and have CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Food Handler's certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license with ability to meet Pueblo liability insurance.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide program development and oversee day-to-day operations of the women's transitional living program.
• Deliver high-quality direct clinical services and supervise Certified Peer Support Workers with proper documentation and billing.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, culturally responsive living environment and promote daily routines.
• Collaborate with Kewa Family Wellness Center (KFWC) leadership and tribal programs to ensure connected services for residents.
