Zusammenfassung

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed substance use/behavioral health counselor to deliver group and individual counseling services in Georgia. The role supports recovery, self-sufficiency and engagement in treatment plans for clients with mental health and substance use needs.

The position requires CADC licensure or Georgia clinical licenses, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and active credentials. Work hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, with a full benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Human Services, Criminology, or related field.
• Active Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor Certificate (CADC/CADC II) or active Georgia license (LAPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT).
• Criminal background check clearance, official transcripts, valid driver's license, drug screen, TB test, and 7-year MVR.

Aufgaben

• Conduct groups, individual counseling and psychoeducation per licensure.
• Maintain caseload and ensure documentation follows treatment plan.
• Complete monthly Treatment Plan reviews and discharge planning as clinically indicated.
• Performance follows program guidelines and clinical team meetings.
